20 Minute Full Body Workout

Have 20 minutes to spare?

We know, there isn't always enough time in the day to go to the gym but we are willing to bet you can find 20 minutes to fit this quick full-body workout into your schedule!

Warm-up:

  • 20 Cats and Dogs
  • 20 Bird Dogs
  • 60 sec Wall Sit with elbow touches

2-4 rounds

  • 20 glute bridges
  • 20 Standing lunges
  • 30 crunches

Cooldown:

  • 60 sec Static Bi-Lateral Hamstring Stretch on the wall
  • 30 sec per side Upper Spinal Floor Twist
  • 10-20 Cats and dogs
