Crock-Pot Apple Pie Oats

Place in the Crock-Pot before bed at night, and wake up to the scrumptious aroma of cinnamon and apples!

Crock-Pot Apple Pie Oats

Makes 5 servings (2 carb meal per serving, 30g meal carb for basic)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry steel-cut oats
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 2 medium apples (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Optional add-in's after cooking:
– Stevia
– Protein Powder

Directions:
Generously coat crock-pot with cooking spray. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for 7- 8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Divide evenly into 5 portions. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week. To reheat add a splash of almond milk or water and heat up in the microwave.
