- 3 oz seitan
- 3 oz sweet potato (diced)
- 3 oz bell peppers (diced)
- ¾ oz onion (cut into ½ inch pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper
- Long wooden skewers
1.) Fire up your grill. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper until well blended.
2.) Add seitan, pepper, sweet potato and onion to the wooden skewers. Using a pastry brush, brush oil mixture onto seitan, sweet potato, peppers and onions.
3.) Grill until browned turning to cook evenly. Enjoy hot.
