Spicy Deviled Eggs

MetPro Notes: This deviled egg recipe is spicy! The heat on this dish can be turned down with just a few changes.

One Serving: 3 egg halves

Protein = 0.5 (Basic: 7.5g protein)
Fat = 1 (Basic: 15g Fat)


Ingredients

  • 6 Whole eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1 Lime squeezed
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • Top with a dab of hot sauce

Directions

1.) Halve boiled eggs and scoop yolks into a bowl.
2.) Combine all ingredients with yolk until the mixture is smooth.
3.) Pipe or spoon mixture into egg halves and top each with a dab of hot sauce.
