- 1lb (16oz) extra lean ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- Low sodium soy sauce
+ Marinara sauce (less than 35 cal per serving)
+ Spinach, celery, or cilantro to mix it up + add greens
1.) Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the ingredients in a bowl.
2.) Measure out 2oz scoops and place in a muffin tin (you want to make 16)
3.) Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
4.) Top with marinara sauce if desired.
